Tenant reported unusual noise from HVAC unit on Level 7. On-site inspection revealed refrigerant leak at the compressor coupling. Unit has been isolated from the cooling circuit to prevent further gas loss. Replacement compressor parts have been ordered from GREE. Full system pressure test required after repair.
